OTG Copy * Important * In the camera (OTG) mode, you MUST wait until both the hard disk LED indicator and USB source LED indicator are off, before unplugging or power off the OTG enclosure, otherwise you may experience lost of data. "Copy OK" does NOT mean the copying is finished. You have to wait until there is completely no disk activity before unplugging anything.

PC Connection *Important* Never use the furthest USB plug with the shortest cable. Use the other two USB plugs to connect your OTG device with your computer. If you still do not get any signal, try switching the USB plugs between the computer and the OTG device to get it work.
